-2lbs Wild Florida Tilapia

-2lbs. Alligator

-3lbs. Crawfish

-2lbs Dressed Wild Florida Catfish

 

Cooking recommendations: . For most people, there is only one way to cook Alligator, fry it. Crawfish can be cooked in similar ways like Lobster is cooked; broil, bake or boil.

Fried Alligator:

-1lb. Alligator, cut into 1/2 inch cubes

-Louisiana Seasoned Fish Fry

-Cooking oil

-salt and pepper

Directions:

1. Fill a pot halfway full with oil. Heat to 350 degrees F.

2. In a deep bowl, add the Louisiana Seasoned Fish Fry.

3. Dip each piece of meat into the batter covering the meat completely. 

4. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes, until Alligator floats in oil. 

5. Remove and add salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve as an appetizer with remoulade sauce

Boiled Crawfish:

-Bag of Louisiana Fish Fry Crawfish, Crab, and Shrimp Boil

-1 tablespoon salt

-Crawfish

Directions: 

1. In a large pot, add enough water to cover seafood, salt and 1 bag of Louisiana Fish Fry Crawfish, Crab, and Shrimp Boil.

2. Bring to a rolling boil.

3. Add seafood, and return to a boil for 15 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and soak 5 minutes.

5. Serve with choice of sauce or butter.
