We are a family run, wholesale seafood distributor that specializes in processing fresh seafood items. We have a giant fleet of fisherman that bring us local, wild caught seafood on a daily basis. The majority of the fish brought to us are harvested right here in Polk County!

Wild, Sustainable, Local Seafood

We focus on removing the invasive species of fish that have taken over our waters and making a product that is sustainable for generations to come. The majority of the fresh seafood brought to us from our local area is Tilapia. They’re being caught by cast net and one of our exclusive haul seine nets. Catfish, Hassar, Plecos, Bream, Alligator and other freshwater seafood are also brought in to us each week. Some of our fisherman bring in seafood from the Gulf of Mexico like Grouper, Snapper, Mullet, live Blue Crab and Sheepshead.

Wholesale distribution to local restaurants and markets

We have a fleet of refrigerated delivery trucks that make runs throughout the week to local restaurants, and markets. Our sales representatives can take custom orders and get it packed and delivered on a weekly basis. We source many different seafood items for the delivery days each week. If we don’t have it that day, chances are, we can find it for you for the next delivery. We bring in fresh seafood from the northeast region near Boston every week. Twice a week, we bring in Oysters and Blue Crab from Texas, Louisiana and Florida. We also bring in fresh seafood through Miami from the various Latin American countries, and from the Caribbean as well. We carry a massive frozen inventory in our one million pound freezer.

With our state of the art facility, we are capable of processing thousands of pounds of finished product on a daily basis. We have over 30 expert fish cutters that are capable of processing many different species of fish and making numerous different products. Our custom crafted equipment allows us to stream line the process and produce large volumes of finished product.

Ozonated water system

In our water system, we have electrically introduced an extra oxygen molecule turning our water into H2O2. This simply destroys bacteria on contact as we wash down the fish during the process.

Liquid Nitrogen freeze tunnel

We also have a liquid nitrogen freeze tunnel that allows us to freeze the end product faster than we can make it. The end product gets a natural ice glaze to protect it in the freezer. We use ZERO preservatives or additives throughout the entire process.

With the large volume of product being produced here, we have many different trucking companies that drop off and pick up product at our facility each day. Our location near the major highway I-4 makes delivering and picking up product a breeze. Chances are, we can find a way to get product to you or from you, near or far.
